The modular fixed joint shelving (the photo shows a model made entirely of anodized aluminium alloy) is designed for long life, safety and excellent hygiene features, suitable for the storage of foodstuffs. It is a strong, stable system which does not require anchor plates, stabilizer bars or cross joints. The pin and socket design makes the system extremely easy and quick to install, an important feature, but the most significant advantage is given by the ability to fit either grilled polypropylene stave-type shelves or smooth shelves with stainless steel or anodized aluminium alloy covering. The shelves are designed to guarantee easy cleaning, with staves for the grilled type of shelving and covering for the smooth type which can be removed. Any sizes can be supplied to meet individual requirements. The hook system is particularly useful for complex configurations, since it enables corner surfaces to be used to the full. A variety of shelves are available; they are interchangeable, height adjustable and can be used in a range of different combinations. A further advantage is the high capacity, particularly for the deepest shelves. Great attention is paid to the appearance of the system, with an attractive design and pleasant look. The "S-type high capacity" shelving system is a development of the polypropylene stave shelving system with aluminium alloy frame. The new product has larger profiles and adds high capacity to the traditional characteristics of polypropylene shelving (and hence is ideal, for example, for frozen foods).
