"Got to do something about that…" thought Angelo Irrera, when - at the beginning of the seventies - a butcher told him how difficult it was to store meat. At that time Angelo manufactured very different items in aluminium, but curiosity got the better of him. He had to see what it was like to work in a butcher's shop where practically no safety standards could be maintained. This led to a completely new business, a very unusual one for the time: the manufacture of meat handling and storage equipment especially for small refrigerated cells and laboratories. Over the years, the company has patented two systems and has built in new applications and improvements throughout its history. Today, Angelo Irrera and his company are considered leaders in the field in Italy and Europe.
